Overview
The Figure 1502 Hammer Union is an extra-high-pressure, quick-makeup flowline connection used across hydraulic fracturing, cementing, treating, well-testing, manifold, and truck-mounted pressure-pumping systems. A replaceable lip-type elastomer seal supports pressure sealing, helps limit flow turbulence, and protects the precision metal seating surfaces during assembly and service. Cactus supplies Figure 1502 unions in 2- and 3-inch nominal sizes with threaded or butt-weld ends selected for the required flowline configuration. Cactus offers this hammer union in standard-service or NACE material configurations for applicable sour-service requirements.
