Overview

The Figure 1002 Hammer Union is a quick-makeup, high-pressure flowline connection for treating, cementing, well-testing, manifold, and truck-mounted equipment. Its replaceable lip-type elastomer seal supports a pressure-tight connection while helping reduce internal flow turbulence and protect the precision metal seating surfaces. Cactus offers Figure 1002 unions through 5-inch nominal size, with threaded and butt-weld end configurations selected for the required line size, pressure class, and service. A derated 7,500 psi detachable configuration is also available. Cactus offers this hammer union in standard-service or NACE material configurations for applicable sour-service requirements.
