What Needs to Change at the Connection?
Start with the part of the connection that needs to change. Crossovers change the end arrangement between compatible Figure 1502 components and are available in male-to-male, male-to-female, and female-to-female configurations. Swages transition between selected nominal flowline sizes. Flange adapters connect ANSI or API flanged equipment to a male or female hammer-union connection. The required size, end arrangement, flange standard, pressure class, and service requirements must be confirmed for the completed assembly.
