Flowline valves for one-way flow control, reverse-flow prevention, and configured overpressure protection in demanding well-service applications.
Compact reverse-flow protection
Compact nonreturn valve with an internal flapper that opens with forward flow and closes when flow stops or reverses.

Configured overpressure protection
Self-resetting overpressure valve that opens at a specified set pressure, relieves through its outlet, and reseats after pressure normalizes.

Automatic nonreturn control
Nonreturn valve with a hinged swing closure that moves with forward flow and seats automatically to block reverse flow.

Quarter-turn flow control
Manual quarter-turn valve for full-open or closed isolation in treating and pressure-pumping flowlines, offered in 2 x 1, 2 x 2, 3 x 3, and 4 x 4-inch configurations.

Axial reverse-flow protection
Spring-assisted nonreturn valve with an axial dart that opens with forward flow and seats to limit reverse flow.

Fixed-orifice flow restriction
Replaceable-target choke for restricting flow and absorbing erosive energy at a selected fixed orifice size.
View detailsChoosing the right component
Choose the valve by the job it must perform. Plug valves provide quarter-turn on/off isolation. Flapper, swing, and dart check valves allow forward flow and close automatically when flow stops or reverses, using different internal closing mechanisms. A pressure release valve opens at its specified set pressure and reseats after the overpressure condition clears. A target choke uses a selected fixed orifice and replaceable target to restrict flow and absorb erosive energy; it is not a positive isolation valve. Flow direction, connections, pressure class, materials, and service requirements must be confirmed for the completed assembly.
